location is pretty great, it is close to shops, restaurants, and bus stops. the room has free tea and coffee, i like that. the room felt really comfortable to me. i was grateful for the early check-in.
some lights were not working . the shower had some mold, i noticed that. the toilet water kept dripping all night which bothered me a bit.

the location is really nice. it is very close to oxford street. the room included free tea and coffee.
the tv remote didn't work. i am disappointed that all rooms required you to do at least a flight of stairs. the air conditioning came on by itself and made the room very warm.

the staff was friendly upon my arrival. the room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere, especially at night. the location was superb, with easy access to nearby restaurants.
also, the stairs handrails felt rather loose, which could be a safety issue.

the room featured a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. i found the space well-designed, with ample lighting and a small desk, perfect for catching up on emails. it also includes a nice tv.
